How to Deposit Money into Your Papel Wallet?

To deposit money into your Papel account from an IBAN registered in your name: Log into your Papel account and click the 'Deposit Money' button.Click on 'From Bank Account'.

The following banks will be displayed on the opened page:

İş BankasıŞekerbankVakıfbankAlbaraka TürkDenizbankZiraat Bankası Choose the bank you prefer and click the forward button.Copy the IBAN, Account Owner, and Papel Number info on the next screen.Enter these details accurately and completely into the bank screen from which you want to send the money.

Important Note: Remember to write your PAPEL number in the 'Description' section when sending money from a bank account. 

Request Money from Other Papel Users

 You can quickly request money from family members and friends who have a Papel Wallet.Log into your Papel account.Click the 'Request Money' button on the homepage.If you haven't already allowed it, permit Papel to access your contacts.Click the 'Request Money' button and select the Papel user from your contacts.Enter the amount and click the 'Confirm' button.Click the 'Request' button again on the screen that appears.The transaction will be completed once the person you requested money confirms the amount. 

When Will the Money I Deposit Show Up in My Account?

Where is My Papel Number?

 To find out your Papel Account Number, log into your Papel account. Click on the menu at the top right of the homepage, which contains your name initials. In the screen that opens, click Settings, then Profile Settings, and finally, 'Personal Information.' You can see your Papel number at the top of the screen and copy it by clicking the icon on the right.
