PAPEL ELEKTRONİK PARA VE ÖDEME HİZMETLERİ A.Ş. CLARIFICATION TEXT ON THE PROCESSING OF EMPLOYEE CANDIDATE PERSONAL DATA
1. Data Controller
In accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("Law"), your personal data will be processed by the data controller Papel Elektronik Para ve Ödeme Hizmetleri A.Ş. ("Company") within the scope described below.
2. Processed Personal Data
Within the scope of candidate selection and evaluation processes, our company processes your identity, contact, education information, work and professional experience information, foreign language information and other information (information you include in your CV, reference information, information obtained within the scope of application and evaluation processes).
3. Purposes and Legal Grounds for Processing Personal Data
While your personal data is processed for the purposes of evaluating your suitability for the relevant position, job and our Company's Human Resources policies and making you a job offer if you are found suitable, the legal reason stated in Article 5/2-c of the Law is based on the legal reason that "data processing is necessary for the establishment of the contract". While your personal data is processed for the purposes of receiving your job application request and conducting interviews and interviews with you, it is based on the legal reason "data processing is mandatory for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right" specified in Article 5/2-e of the Law. While your personal data is processed for the purposes of contacting you or the persons you specify as a reference, carrying out our Company's Human Resources policies and processes, and examining and auditing our business activities, it is based on the legal reason stated in Article 5/2-f of the Law that "data processing is mandatory for our legitimate interests, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the person concerned".
4. To whom and for what purposes the processed personal data will be transferred
Your personal data will be transferred to our group companies and affiliates, shareholders, business partners, suppliers and, if requested, to authorised institutions and organisations in order to fulfil our legal obligations in line with the purposes and legal reasons specified in the heading number three.
5. Personal Data Collection Methods and Legal Reasons
Your personal data is collected through electronic media such as providing your information in a physical environment, communication channels such as e-mail, website, telephone or professional networks. While processing your data, we act on the basis of the legal grounds that the establishment, exercise or protection of a right specified in Article 5 of the Law, data processing is necessary for the establishment of a contract and data processing is mandatory for our legitimate interests.
6. Rights of the Data Subject listed in Article 11 of the Law
As data subjects who are the owners of personal data, in order to exercise your rights under Article 11 of the Law "regulating the rights of the data subject", you can fill out the Data Subject Application Form on our website and submit your requests to Maslak Mah.
