Please submit complaints or disputes regarding the Payment Service to Papel with your name-surname information and Papel Account number as specified below in the form.

If the form does not work, all complaints and objections regarding the issues covered by the Agreement can be sent to

Papel’s Call Center

Papel will review these complaints and inform the User within 20 days at the latest.
