Papel Fest Ticket Draw Campaign

 

The campaign is only valid in Turkey.

Participants must be over 18 years old to be eligible for the campaign.

Only natural persons may participate; legal entities cannot benefit from the campaign.

Participants must provide accurate and valid identification information. If incorrect or misleading information is provided, Papel reserves the right to disqualify the participant or reclaim any awarded prizes.

Each participant is entitled to only one entry in the campaign and may win a maximum of one (1) ticket.

The campaign cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions.

Only users who have completed identity and address verification can participate in the campaign.

Participants who complete transactions between November 18, 2024, at 5:00 PM and November 29, 2024, at 11:59 PM will qualify for the draw.

Participants must complete transactions totaling at least 250 TL during the campaign period. Qualifying transactions include fund deposits, money transfers, bill payments, remittances, and purchases made with Papel’s virtual or physical cards.

Each 250 TL transaction grants one draw entry.

The draw will take place on December 4, 2024, selecting 2,000 primary winners and 1,000 alternates.

The list of winners and alternates will be announced on December 4, 2024, via Papel's official social media accounts and website. Winners will also be contacted directly.

Alternate winners will be announced on December 11, 2024.

Tickets won through the draw are valid only for the event on December 18, 2024, and are non-transferable.

Papel reserves the right to amend the campaign terms, and suspend, or terminate the campaign without prior notice.

Papel is not responsible for technical issues or problems caused by third parties during participation in the campaign.

Participants’ personal data will be processed and stored in accordance with KVKK and relevant regulations. For more details, please review the privacy notices available on Papel’s website and mobile app.

Event Rules

Everyone entering the event area must have a ticket, regardless of age. 

Children under the age of 7 will not be admitted. Children under the age of 14 must enter with a parent or guardian.

All attendees must carry valid identification.

Disabled attendees wishing to purchase tickets must contact info@vwarena.com to reserve a seat.

The event will take place in all weather conditions. Be prepared for any weather. No ticket refunds will be issued.

Food and beverages purchased outside the venue are not allowed in the event area.

The event organizer reserves the right to deny entry to any individual by refunding their ticket.

Items such as selfie sticks, GoPro poles, and similar equipment are prohibited in the event area.

Professional audio and video recording equipment (e.g., cameras and camcorders) are not allowed.

Recording during the event is strictly prohibited. The artist’s management reserves the right to confiscate recording devices if deemed necessary.
Retain your ticket and wristband throughout the event.

The event organizer is not responsible for personal belongings in the event area.

Pets are not allowed in the event area.

Only purchase merchandise from authorized sales points within the event area.

Items such as flammable, explosive, sharp, or hazardous materials (e.g., deodorants, sprays, and laser pointers) are prohibited.

The event’s sound systems may cause temporary hearing issues.

The event’s lighting systems may cause temporary visual discomfort.

Tickets must be purchased from official sales points authorized by the event organizer. The organizer reserves the right to remove attendees holding tickets purchased from unofficial sources.

Attendees exiting the event area must purchase a new ticket to re-enter.
Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. Lost tickets will not be reissued.

By attending the event, participants consent to their photographs and video recordings being used in promotional materials by the event organizer.
