How do you verify your identity?

With just your Republic of Turkey identity card and mobile phone, you can enter a brand new Papel experience through a few simple steps.

Log into the Papel mobile app, click the Identity Verification tab, and enter the required information.
Take photos of the front and back of your identity card.
Use your phone's NFC feature to scan your identity card.
Perform facial recognition with your phone's front camera.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.

Verifying your identity is that simple. You can easily access all necessary information through the Papel mobile app.

Here's how you can participate in Papel Elektronik Para ve Ödeme Hizmetleri Anonim Şirketi ("Papel")'s "Complete Your Identity Verification, Win a 250 TL Reward" campaign:

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Papel Membership: To participate, you must first be a member of Papel. Users who have previously joined Papel but have not yet completed their identity verification can also benefit from this campaign by completing the verification steps.

Identity Verification: After finishing the membership process, complete the identity verification steps fully and successfully.

Reward: Users who successfully complete the identity verification will receive a 250 TL electronic money reward.

STEPS

Sign Up

Create a new account through Papel's website or mobile app. Fill in the required information and complete the membership process successfully.

Verify Your Identity

Log into your account and start the identity verification process. Upload your identity document and any other necessary documents to the system. Wait for the verification process to complete.

Win a Reward

Once the identity verification is successfully completed, you will receive a 250 TL electronic money reward in your account.

Important Information:

The campaign is only valid in Turkey.

Participants must be over the age of 18.

Only natural persons can participate in the campaign; legal entities cannot benefit from it.

Participants must provide valid and accurate identity information; providing false or misleading information will result in disqualification from the campaign. Papel reserves the right not to award the reward or to demand its return if it is determined that a user has provided false or misleading information.

Each user can benefit from the campaign only once.

The campaign cannot be combined with any other offer.

Papel reserves the right to unilaterally alter, suspend, or terminate the campaign terms.
